Shipping policy

Where we ship We currently ship to addresses in the United States. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or outside the United States at this time.

Cost Shipping is free on every order.

Processing time Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays).

Delivery time Most orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days after they are placed. Alaska and Hawaii may take a few extra days. Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages.

Tracking You'll get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Holiday orders To arrive before December 25, we recommend ordering by December 10. We'll post an exact cutoff on the homepage in December.

Lost or damaged packages If your package hasn't arrived 15 business days after you ordered, or it arrived damaged, email support@wickandwool.com with your order number (and a photo if damaged). We'll send a replacement or a full refund.
