Refund policy
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery.
Holiday extension Orders placed between November 1 and December 24 can be returned until January 31.
Condition Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
How to start a return
- Email support@wickandwool.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
- We'll reply within one business day with return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the item back with a trackable service.
Return shipping cost
- Changed your mind: you pay return shipping. Original shipping was free, so nothing is deducted from your refund.
- Item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong: we cover it. Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery, and in most cases we'll refund or replace it without asking you to send it back.
Refunds Once we receive and check your return, we issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to post it.
Exchanges The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item and place a new order.
Return address Returns go to our New York, NY address, which we send with your return instructions. Please email us before sending anything so we can match your return to your order.
