Where do your products ship from?
We work with manufacturing and fulfillment partners, including US warehouses. Orders with more than one item may arrive in separate packages.
Can I return something?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery. See our Return policy for details.
Do the lamps come with bulbs?
It depends on the lamp. Each product page lists whether a bulb is included and which type it takes. Rechargeable lamps have built-in LEDs.
How long do rechargeable lamps last on a charge?
Run time depends on the model and brightness setting. Each product page lists the battery details.
My order arrived damaged. What now?
Email a photo to support@wickandwool.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll replace it or refund you, usually without needing the item back.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best. After it ships, you can return it instead.
